1618 and flares
Need some flaring fists?
Apparently 1618 allows your fists to flare.
I'm getting used to UAC and forget that you need to punch/kick/grapple and not just use attack. Sometimes I'm just smashing my fists into things, but I found out that you appear to get flares from your empty hands if you simply just swing your fist for an AS attack.

It can flare from anything offensive except maneuvers. Casts (even without a runestaff), ranged weapons, UCS, standard melee

Out and about with my level 30 TWC paladin, finally got spell 1618.

Each weapon has a chance to flare 3 times in one swing; 2x off of 1604 being cast upon them and 1x with 1618 being active.
