Kids watching TV and sleeping on the floor while being forced to stay within a playpen as guards keep a close eye on them? Perfectly fine! Nothing to see here!

And before the time4funs come in here and say "Well...yeah! You put little kids behind a playpen so they don't hurt themselves!" Some of these kids are as old as 9. No. They are essentially in a cage. It's just a much prettier looking cage.
