I remember in the first game there was a mission type where you had to escort cargo ships or something, but the enemy AI knew exactly where they were and would just beeline straight for them. Supremely frustrating. Between that and other miscellaneous jank my interest in the game was killed.
Haven't seen that so far. You basically get to play the prologue now and then just battles. You get to see Cadis explode though. There are three confirmed campaigns I can see, but not play, right now.Quote:

For single player/multiplayer it has Imperial, Space Marine, Mechanicus, Eldar Corsairs, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Orks, Tyranids, Necrons, Tau Protective Fleet and Tau Merchant Fleet. Each race has about 10 options or more in them for subfactions, such as different space marine chapters or different hive fleets.
Beta 2 is out now until release. It is pretty awesome. So far you can (once again) play the prologue, and now the first sector of the Imperial and Necron campaigns.
