In the future, yes, lets just join in one group and OOC topics will be whispered OOCily.. I was feeling remarkably under the weather last night so forgive me for not doing that. We do, however, occasionally have OOC topics to discuss, so if an issue comes up that someone wants to discuss, please just whisper something along the lines of "hey, I want to talk about an OOC matter, lets get in a group" so we are all clear on everything. I'm not saying anyone should have done anything differently, merely that we will do this in the future.
Opinions on that for a frontier days event? I'm going to e-mail our guru tonight with the prize list as it is and ask about a raffle and a raffle prize for that event.. assuming no one has an alternative event idea that we all love, lets design a customize mini, assuming that is allowable.
I'm going to add my two cents for what it's worth. I have enjoyed the role play I have experienced normally when I attend the events. I will never forget when the flames shot up and attacked us at the table, all the while saying various things. It was and is enjoyable to role play as a group. That being said, I don't like OOC commentary during the meeting. I also can't see why you proclaim that Varethnar "flipped" out when he didn't say anything and just walked away.
- post continued - Also as far as this being a dire topic, do you really think that it matters so very much whether we have two or one place to go to for information and camaraderie? I have no problems with grouping up and talking OOC when done in such a manner that it won't impact my role play experiences. Granted, not everyone shares my view on role playing but if you really need to talk about something that isn't necessarily in play then I am sure you can use your creativity to come up with either a way to talk about it in play or take it to OOC whispers. That's what they are there for. As far as the event goes, I think that a a customize mini would be great. I look forward to this event, especially since I feel the last one went very well.

Ok. We are going to not be blatantly OOC at meetings, we will join up in a group... we are going to not insult each other on the PC or on Lnet. If we do not get along, then at least ignore each other when you have to be in the same place. If there are further issues, let me know, but for now, lets say everyone is equally insulted and leave off.
Very few showed, so we discussed ideas for the frontier days event.. Durakar is organizing a siegery game. We are thinking, for a prize, a nice case and maybe some minis. Any themes or designs sound good to anyone? We are also trying to get a raffle put together for a customized Faendryl mini. Also, next month, near the end of the month, is the dark elf weekend. Inurtia is organizing that.. Durakar and Sionyl are helping with various events and the enclave is, of course, more than willing to help however we can. Having a mentor at our meetings is quite useful(when people speak common so she can understand)
Meeting tonight at ten. Points of interest are the dark elf weekend late this month and frontier days. I'd love to hear from those involved at the meeting. An update on the krolvin situation and inquiries on the illistim murder. I'll try to keep it short in case anyone is merchant hungry.

Can I get an update on progress in the dark elf weekend event we are helping with and the siegery thing next month? Krolvin storyline continues for 2 more weeks.
