    Open a DOS prompt and go to ruby/bin directory
    run these commands:


    gem install cairo -v 1.14.3 --source http://rubygems.org/
    gem install sqlite3 --source http://rubygems.org --no-ri --no-rdoc
    gem install gtk2 --source http://rubygems.org --no-ri --no-rdoc
