    Week 4: 15 - 21 June
    Goals: 23.3 total miles, 7.5 mile long run (Failed, Failed)
    Week's Total Miles: 15.4
    Longest Run: 6.9 Miles
    Street Runs: 0
    Trail Runs: 3 (4.7, 3.6, 6.9)
    Track Runs: 0

    As of June 21st:
    Total Weekly Steps: 80,473
    Resting Heart Rate: 79

  3. Week 4 Problems and Craziness

    Long story short, my right foot has been giving me problems all this week. I took Monday off after a long run on Sunday. Come Tuesday, i'm walking down the hall at work and I suddenly feel a stabbing pain in the bottom of my foot. It comes and goes intermittently, so I haven't ran since. That being said, i've also been talked into acting as a last-minute stand-in for a crazy relay race....

  5. Updated Metrics

    I've added "Weekly Total Steps" and "Resting Heart Rate" which will be taken from the last day of the week. Total steps takes into account the entire week, not just those earned while running. The information can be found in the first entry in The Running Man blog, where I archive each week's new statistics. This information is being captured via a Fitbit Charge HR.
