So, I went to lichproject.org, downloaded everything it said to download, installed everything it said to install, and it... sorta works?

Note that this computer was connected to lich a couple years ago, and everything worked swimmingly. Now, though, it's a bucket of fail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I kind of doubt it had you install ruby 1.8.7. I think I am running ruby 2.1.something on windows.

Damn.... I thought I got that out of there. I know I installed Ruby 2.0 (because I got to watch it download all the extraneous files afterwards). Something must still be pointing at the old install. I'll play with it when I get home.
