Looking to spend 5m-6m silvers or $100 - flexible on both, but not by a ton - on a morning star that's actually worth the price. Probably willing to go higher in $ than in silvers. Let me know what you've got. Thanks.

Your best bet would be to get a 4x perfect and then have it enchanted. A 7x would run about 12m.
