Does anyone have any idea what this does? It looks like it will temper 6x -7x projects but at half the cost of a mirtokh potion, what's the catch?

Ok someone must know something, the potion has been out since 2002 as far as I can tell. I did a bit of digging some people think it might shorten the temper time but the trade off is an increased chance of failure. Old posts on this forum say Sisfu will temper 0-5x but krakipedia/gswiki has it listed as 0x-7x. Then there's the whole alchemy thing, the potion can only be created at night is this a hint that the time of the day when sisfu is poured has some influence on tempering? I've also noticed it's the only enchanting potion that can be player made that isn't being sold in the player shops.

Is this potion just rubbish or are there some X-file antics going on that I'm unaware of?

Its probobly rubbish and there are only 2 wizards that mastered alchemy enough to make it and they quit playing afterwards.

I've used it on higher projects and had no problems. Not really sure what the difference is. Some mentioned it might even cut the times down a little. Not sure I notice anything like that though.

And you can buy them at the Alchemy or Guild shop, don't have to make them.

I'm getting bad vibes ever since looking at the first ingredient collection task I was given, things that make you go hmmm.

Sisfu potions are available from the normal alchemy shops, or perhaps even the wizard guild shops. No alchemy involved with them!

Personally, I've never really used them.

And yes, mastering alchemy REALLY sucks. Takes a LOT of investment, with incredibly minimal payout. And there are so many various types of ingredients that weigh so much, I personally needed to go premium for access to FWI alchemy shop, and a free(r) mule character to hold the stuff so my character could continue to hunt.
