Should be interesting. Haven't ordered a PPV in a while, hopefully it lives up to the hype. Excited to see Weidman fight as well.

I'm watching the fight also, whenever I can't make it out to a bar/restaurant with friends to catch a fight, I usually steam it for free.

Super similar, but love the EU sites.

It was a good card. I mean I didnt expect it to go like that, who saw Aldo going out like that? Crazy.

That was nuts. Great card, as expected.

Truly bizarre. McGregor's ego will now truly know no bounds.

If you had watched any of the ESPN stuff about McGregor leading up to this, you might have a different take...Aldo was a beast, but...

Not bizarre at all. Dude truly believed in himself, and made it happen...

Leading up to this, a little kid asked Mcgregor how long it would take him to rip Aldo's head off...he replied "one and done" without batting an eyelash. That's the sort of confidence winners have. He did just that.

didn't Las Vegas favor McGregor? Those dudes don't get it wrong too often.

Unless I heard wrong, Aldo was favored.

Not really sure, tbh...I heard Aldo was "favored", but the Vegas line was McGregor. I didn't put any money on it, so...I could be wrong.

Aldo was not favored until very late. Lots of late money came in on Aldo.

Lets hope Mayweather dropped a mil on Aldo or something equally stupid, he shows when he wins thos big bets, you know he loses some of them.

Nah, mayweather would've bet on mcgregor. Game recognize game. Or would mayweather bet on a white guy? Doubt it.

I think Mayweather avoids people with more swagger and a better game then he has, not even counting the whole white thing, just cant see him picking MacGregor for a big bet.

He had the Burger King walk down the aisle with him. Who has more swagger than the Burger King?

I dont think anyone expected a 10 second KO with the first punch mcgregor threw. honestly I expected it to end in the 4th or 5th. Aldo was the champion for so long for a reason.

i don't know, Mayweather has been champ forever, because he never got hit, who knows what would have happened if he couldn't dance out of the way for one serious punch.

would have been KO'd. He had been rocked a couple of times. In a fight or two he had to take a knee. He never really could take a punch, but then most folks couldnt land a clean one on him so it was a moot point. I never liked watching him, those kinds of styles are boring to watch, but its pretty amazing at how good he was at it.

Well yeah, I didn't expect it to go like that either, but lets be real. When fighting at the Championship level, all it takes is one little fuckup. Just one time bobbing instead of weaving, just one time overextending yourself on a punch or kick, just one time misreading your opponent's shoulder.

Aldo was champion for a reason, but he's also been out quite a while nursing that rib injury. Before that he damn near lost to Mendes. He was undefeated for 10 years...that's a good run for anyone.
