Found this on a hunt tonight, whats its worth?

white sunstone circlet - +1 AU bonus, +3 trading bonus, strength of will mage rechargable, persists on both enhancive and mage recharge

I think it's just one of those items that would probably be best to have a merchant charge it - though I'm not sure how common these kind of services are these days.

The spell is level 19 from another class base spell list - this greatly increases the difficulty of a Wizard charging the item. I'm not sure how much the item would fetch, but the difficulty to charge the spell isn't very appealing (at least to me).

A skilled mage could recharge it, but eventually it would get destroyed.
