I am using Outlook 2013. I want to be able to add the names of a contact's spouse and children when I am first entering a new contact. I enabled the developer ribbon. I chose "Design this form" and was able to add the form fields for spouse name and children's name(s), but I don't know how to save it so that when I click on "New Contact", those two fields will show up in the New Contact Form. I do know that once I create a contact, I can go in to the "Details" section of the contact and there is a field for "Spouse", but I'd rather have that field and a children's name field in the "General" section of the Outlook contact and not the "Details" section of the Outlook contact, and be able to add that information when I am first creating a new contact and not have to go back in to the contact after creation to then enter that information.

Any help is very much appreciated.
