Post Cap mana question.

So I have 230 harness power ranks and 101 each of elemental and spirit mana controls. Looking at the gswiki page it looks like it would be more beneficial to top off the controls to 2x for the secondary benefits for 735 along with the mana regen boost. Is that sort of the new line of thinking instead of 3x HP for sorcerers? Or do people prefer 3x HP then controls?

So, 1x HP is costing you 0/16, whereas the 2nd EMC/SMC will run you 0/6...

So, 3 HP costs 48 MTP, which you can get 8 ranks of *MC

TL;DT... HP will be advantageous for mana, mana recovery, length of hunt, etc.

EMC/SMC will not be MORE advantageous than HP for mana recovery, even at the reduced cost. It's really just about whether or not you feel that the benefits to 702, 703, 713, 714, 719, 720, 735, 740 are worth more than the increased potency for mana/mana recovery.

Personally, when I weigh the two against eachother, I'd probably go for 2x HP (which you've done), then 2x MCs, then back to 3x HP.
