What spell is this and whatsit for?

You begin to notice the world slow down around you. Strange.

I've had several complete strangers cast this on my empath within the last month. She had no interaction with them in any way other than them casting that spell and twice they seemed to be hiding or something also.

like others have said it is the haste spell.

I consider it one of the best tips a empath can get

Also a great spell to cast on locksmiths.. I do it all the time. Of course it's not the tip, it's just to let them work faster..

I use haste on healers after they have healed me and they begin their healdown. It's just an additional little thank you. I also use it on locksmiths or anyone else providing a service that incures RT.
