Binding clothes

Going through my characters various inventories and making lists with details known. I ran into a problem that I can't figure out and so here to ask for help. Turns out one of the characters is wearing a top that is bound with a belt and I can't figure out how to get either of them off. In my efforts to find the solution I've discovered that they were sold during the '09 Ebon Gate.

The message that I get when trying to remove either one is: "How do you expect to get that off without unbinding your waist first?"

So... anyone know how to take it off?

I know one of my characters has boots that are similar, they have buckles that I can never figure out how to take off.

tried to analyze them? I think latch/unlatch works on shoes though not sure at all

Latch/unlatch works with the boots if I remember right, I haven't found the character with the boots yet to make sure. It doesn't work with the belt and blouse though. I'm really at a loss here on contemplating putting in an assist request to get it off. I've been asking in game and nobody has a clue LOL. I know when I first logged in with the character after reopening the account, she was in the assist queue.. after 5+ years of playing I had no clue why, maybe this was why? LOL

Yup yup, it's the wrap/unwrap commands. I never would have figured that one out, it's so random.
