So I fucked up and used that recently purchased Prep Phrase changing book on the wrong character. Thankfully, they're not very high level and I wanted to just reroll the character.

Would they keep the prep phrasing or lose it?

I am sure you already have, but I would post that on the officials, and maybe toss out an old assist for that answer. Well worth the time suck for an assist if they can properly instruct you as to yay or nay. Sorry that happened to you, I hate when that happens to me when I misappropriate my Ish.

I would guess nay on the idea that its something character bound and not account bound?

I've never been on the officials. They fucking suck.
