Yep, me too... gets stuck on "checking version of Stormfront" then says server timeout... using the Lich launcher

Weird thing is I was able to connect if I used the web client, but otherwise, I'm in the same boat as you guys.

GSIV is having SGE connection issues. The web client is working, and we're checking into the other issues now. #gsprime

I get all the way to the launcher update utility, then it hangs and I get the error "Unable to connect to server, check your internet connection". Looks to me like the host to the launcher utility couldn't get reached.

Interesting ... SGE gets past the 'checking for updates' step. It looks like a hang at access.simutronics.com. No sync to ec2-54-204-42-98.compute-1.amazonaws.com. (???)

This happened to me last night. Then ruby starting bombing my screen with error after erorr. I had to end up deleting lich/ruby and wizard and sge. I did a fresh download of everything and now cannot get lich to link to sge. Now I cannot link lich to the sge, and when i link it to the website, I cannot get the wizard to load. It just says Invalid argument with a .sal file in the lich folder. Anyone have any advice on how to get this working properly again?
