I don't know how feasible it would be, but it would be neat if there was an app you could use to connect to lich from mobile and be able to chat with people without logging in to gemstone. Or even just a web based way to do that.

I've thought about this myself. But I think its a bad idea. People would be less inclined to login and that's not what we need. Perhaps a lich chat viewer would be more feasible.

You can chat in WoW and still be interested in playing the game. I never really used the feature, but thought it was interesting.

I used it in WOW to talk to my guild regarding scheduling and if I was in transit towards a raid, or to get counts ahead of time for who was present for a raid, etc.

Given the fact that Gemstone doesn't have any sort of raiding, or any super scheduled events, I don't think it would have the same value as it does for WOW.
