So I was browsing the G4TechTV forums and learned that Unscrewed was cancelled and that it looks like the Screen Savers will be to. WTF?

Thise were two of the three shows I watched, if X-Play goes then thats it.

yet shows like Cinematech is still on? Who the fuck watches a show consisting only of animatics from video games?

Anyone else watch or am I alone?

Oh god  Screen Savers! I am going to be sad if it goes. That is one of 2 shows I have season passed on TiVo. X-Play being the other. Did anyone else get FHM with Morgan Webb in it? Very Nice! Lets hope those forums are wrong.

So they're getting rid of all the TechTV staff and shows. G4 is likely pissed off that the TechTV shows were getting the highest ratings - and want to make similar shows that are strictly G4.

Ugh, are you serious!?

The Screen Savers is the best show they've got. Alex was hysterical; much more fun than Patrick (though not as knowledgeable.)

Man, this sucks. :(

Do you have a link to the specific thread on their forums where this is being discussed?

Edit: Nevermind, found the threads. What a load of crap. The channel's gonna blow hard now. It's too bad we don't get TechTV Canada here in the U.S. Since Comcat hasn't gotten their green-ink stained hands on that, it's still got some of the original TechTV qualities to it.
