looking for 1 of the above cookie. It's apparently sold/given out somewhere... probably ta'illistim. I need it for the erithi weaponsmith. I was told it IS around still, despite receiving this task like 4 years ago.

From google it's found in Fayhlia's Fineries in Ta'illistim.

that helps.. and I can ;go2 fayhlia and get room numbers.. but no route from anywhere I've tried to get there.

Well from old movement scripts it was the clothier on Stearriza Var. New map shows it as Wax Eloquent. Lich #182.
