This was a T5 pull, and is an interesting item. Though it's worn around the waist, I was able to wear it while wearing my warrior giftbox belt. Whatever slot it's worn in, most people probably have it available.

If it matters, the belts are waist-worn and functional, which I have in the original post, but for some reason my warrior giftbox belt isn't considered functional even though it's enhancive. That's probably how I'm able to wear both, and YMMV.
