View Full Version : PC Issues

I was getting 502 bad gateway errors earlier. I know Jarvan complained of this also.
Now, when I create a post, I can't bold anything and I can't edit the post. I click edit, it switches over to the edit post screen, but it won't let you save it.
Anyone else having PC issues today?

Yes. You can click Edit Post, but the buttons don't work after that, and the advanced text editing features are gone.

Seems to be server-side.

An update to the forum software is scheduled to occur during off-peak hours, basically 2 AM to 8 AM EST. It will likely be done tomorrow.

FYI the board has been doing a few strange things to me as well (can't edit posts, link to site that I have always used no longer works) the past day or so. Hopefully the update will resolve the issues.

The forum upgrade has been performed and this issue should now be resolved. Let me know if there are any issues.

Just one minor thing, and maybe it's not a real issue:
I always used to get to this site by using http://www.forum.gsplayers.com/
That address no longer works - I just get a blank page. I now need to use http://forum.gsplayers.com/forum.php
No big deal, just wanted to mention it.
Thanks Kranar for all your work :)

usercp.php should be your bookmark. See subscribed threads and PMs, then you can go to New Posts to catch up.

I keep getting errors when I attempt to click on the forum, search or post. Not sure if anyone else is receiving these?

Feel free to post those errors, either a description of them or a screenshot. You can do that in this thread or e-mail them to me directly at kranar@hotmail.com
Thanks

Yeah, sorry I didn't save them the first time, they seem to have abated at this point, maybe because I hadn't logged out since the upgrade? If it happens again, I'll post screenshots.
