Feature Concealing Script and Containers

Couple of questions regarding this before the EG alteration week gets here...

1. Are climate cloaks the only cloak type items that generally can be unlocked to be feature concealing?

2. Is feature concealing a script that could hypothetically be applied to any container/garment with a hood?

There are at least 2 other feature concealing hood scripts out there. Though the two varieties I have don't have unlocks..it either has the script or it doesn't. I'd imagine if there was a raffle/win for a feature concealing climateware addition..Wyrom would likely just unlock all the tiers on your item rather than requiring you to have a T3 or T4 climatewear before hand.
