probably not, probably about the same, the rarity of 3 slot items hasn't changed. If Simu adds a service adding slots to 2 slot items, it will drop in value, but for now, holding steady (at around 30m).

What has gone up in value are 2 slot items as Simu basically just said they won't be sold off the shelf again.
