This is one of the winged cloaks by Zodi. I had it altered to a close-cut cape.
You tap a small close-cut cape, which is in your left hand.
>analyze cape
You analyze your close-cut cape and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
This item will ONLY support a 15/15/15 description. This cape is currently an off-the-shelf version and could be unlocked one more time. Wings are always organza, but the color can be altered. These wings are: pewter-hued.
Current verbs: BOW, PINCH, PULL and PUSH. (Original concept by Zodi)
You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the close-cut cape for you or have its pockets deepened.
bow cape
You bow deeply, hoping to impress everyone with your winged cape, but since the pewter-hued organza wings are still tucked against the back of the garment, no one seems to be terribly impressed.
others see: Reagan bows deeply and pauses, glancing around expectantly. She stands up and adjusts her close-cut cape with a slightly embarrassed look on her face.
Pinch cape
You reach over your shoulder, hoping to feel the tip of a wing, but there's nothing there.
pull cape
With a firm grasp, you tug on the edge of your close-cut cape, and a pair of pewter-hued organza wings unfolds from the back of the garment. A fine layer of ash begins to form along their edge.

push cape
As you roll your shoulders forward, the pewter-hued organza wings on your close-cut cape flutter gently.

As you remove the close-cut cape, the pewter-hued organza wings collapse onto themselves and fold neatly against the cape's material.
