Can private homes be transferred with a transfer of account?

Please don't read too much into this question.

I know that if a character is transferred to a new owner that the private home is lost. What if the whole account is transferred?

Just a speculative enquiry.

They can repo homes on accounts with new owners, I am unsure if they ever have however.

I assume the rental policy is to allow for greater use of the properties but the above cases are supposed to be permanent to that account and so would probably not be repossessed. I doubt they would go out for future distribution (especially store ones that cost 150K Scoins).

I was told when I won the raffle to make mine permanent (no monthly rent) that if I transferred Riend off the account I'd still lose the property, if that helps.

But if you kept Riemd on the account and transferred the whole account, then that might be different. The account remains intact. Only the owner changes.

Sounds like a good way to get your house repossessed.

You would probably keep the house, until you were detected. But they never said the billing/email information had to stay the same either. Just that the account/character had to stay the same.

They USED to look at the name and the CC on the account, but that was when a person could only own 1 home per player, not per account. Have a friend that had two and had to have second account under their mom's name and CC to get around it.

This is SIMU, even with paying 1200 bucks for a home, they could repo it if they wanted to, since it doesn't say anywhere about transferring ownership.

Just to allay fears, I'm not currently proposing to shufflie off anywhere, although I have been considering options. Information is king.

I did consider asking this in the officials but I have less confidence about getting a timely response from that forum these days. It's much quicker here, even if there isn't a red name attached to the response. Am sure they're very busy with EG and such to bother about my questions.
