OK then, my 30 day migration period is about to end and I wanted to make sure that my skills and stats were looking good since the only characters I have had were fighters and that was in GS3:

Mainly I am wondering how high to go in armor training, I am thinking about going to 8 ranks and stopping there. With 6 ranks my hinderence is 2% which is good for me, but I dunno if I want to wear anything over doubles.

I have tripled in spells I think 3 times, which I like cause I want both 120 and 425 but I am not sure the best way to get there. But I cannot decide whether or not tripling was worth it...Also, I want 414 but I cannot decide how to place my spells up to there.

My Sorceror CS is 101 at 16, is that low or average?

DS with 4x leathers, 4x runestaff, 102, 103, 401, 406, 414, and 712 is 217 in guarded, is that normal too? I want to make it as high as possible for solo hunting since I usually am too impatient to wait for spellups

Spell aiming: I have been doubling in this because well its something I was recommended to do. Is this smart? From what I understand this will make targeted 111 powerful, but I will have a lot more points if I singled since its costing me 10 physical points to double whereas I could save those for spells or use towards something else.

Any tips pointers, advice, anything helpful is appreciated. As you can see I have very little climb/swim and no dodge and CM and I was wondering if thats a problem too. Plus lores, need help deciding there whether I should try and focus or keep the same. Thanks fer any help in advance!

One more thing, mana control. Does that cap at a certain point and if so when?

Here's my casting AS with 111 right now at 16, though I do not have the spell

AS: +155 vs DS: -28 with AvD: +70 + d100 roll: +3 = +256

Ok, here we go...

Spell Aiming : It improoves your implode and malestrom, hince why most sorcerers get it. Its not really ment for your bolting.

Mana Control : Yes, there is a max "needed" for sharing..Its still 24 ranks. But, MC's add to the mana you get per pulse, more ranks, more mana returned off and on node.

CS : Looks fine for a level 16.

DS : Also looks fine for your level. But, if your more worried about DS then CS, get up to 414, then switch to spirit for a while. 430 may add a nice chunch of DS, but 102 and 120 will add a lot more combined at 30 ranks, then 430 will at 30 ranks.

Armor : 8 ranks is what I aim for. %2 failure, and it trans off all the manuv -'s

Climb/swim : Get as many as you feel happy with. I got Adredrin 30 ranks of each. :shrug:

CM/Dodge : Don't plan on actually getting this untill/if you cap. The cost is not worth the gain.

I think that covered everything...

hope someone views this and replies:

Whats the general guidelines for spell training? I double in spells since I cannot seem to ever have enough points and here's what I did:

0 trains: 701, 401
1 trains: 702, 101
2 trains: 402, 403

After that I have trained once in Sorceror Base every train then went up to 103 in MnSp, 414 in MnEl, 107 in MnSP.

So now, I have:
Your spell lists:
Minor Spiritual...9
Minor Elemental...14
Sorcerer Base.....19 at 19 trains

Whats the best course from here? I am 11 from shroud, but I can be only 9 from 425 (targetting, which i was told give +25 CS[sorceror]) then 5 from 430, which give +15 to everything but spirit TD. Or I can focus on Spiritual and go for Shroud then be eleven or so trains from 425. Which would be more benificial?

Basically. keep your sorcerer spell level at least = to your level. Can go past it but the returns are diminished.

As for the minor circles. Do what ya feel ya need to. I personally have 737, 120, 430 at 37. I was able to fit lores and stuff as well.
