I won a token for this at the Spitfire and havent redeemed it as of yet, so figured I better get going on it...but I need some help.
Im not great at things like this so would appreciate any sensible ideas as to what to get (humorous also welcome for light entertainment).
Snowy (for anyone that doesnt know her) is a sylvan ranger and the phrase would be linked to her Ranger spell circle.
I did think of something like...
Snowdrop gestures to the people around her as she chants "COME AND HAVE A GO IF YOU THINK YOURE HARD ENOUGH!"
but no...I dont think that would be in keeping.
Would like it to have sylvan/nature theme.

Snowdrop quietly googles and gagas to herself in babytalk as she raises her baby hands in a gesture...
Sorry.. I figured I'd be the first. Now that it's out of the way...

I'll give you a couple to give you ideas.
One phrase I've seen that I particularly like is Lissa's from Plat. I don't recall it exactly, but this is really close: "Caillet begins her quiet incantation, causing the air about her to stir in sibilant whispers."
I also have one in Plat, but it's highly personalized. "Nilandia closes her eyes and clasps her hands, uttering a soft phrase. An aura of golden light begins to shine from her hands." (Nilandia's praying to Lumnis, hence the gold light, since Lumnis' symbol includes a gold scroll.)
Other phrases I've seen (and these aren't exact) include someone "utters an invocation in a harsh tongue" and another where someone "chants in an ancient tongue and the heat washes from him in a mirage" (That one's for a Tehiri rogue).
When I went through the process, I was told that you should shy away from using actual words and that you can't include any items, as you won't always have them. You can, however, trace things in the air (I lightly considered tracing the five rings of Lumnis' symbol for a while), and your first and third person messaging can be different. So, while other people see you tracing a sign in the air, you could see that you're tracing the symbol for something.
Some VERY quick ideas for you could be:
Snowdrop touches the ground and whispers a soft phrase.
Snowdrop chants quietly, causing the air about her to stir.
Snowdrop whispers a soft phrase, closing her eyes and stretches her hands forward, palms down. (getting in touch with nature)
Snowdrop closes her eyes and murmurs a phrase which sounds like the hoot of an owl. (Snowdrop's companion is an owl, if I recall correctly)
Snowdrop raises her hands to the sky and chants an invocation, calling upon nature's power.
Anyways, that's a start.

Snowdrop's hands are surrounded in a spectral green light as she harshly chants, summoning natures energies.
Snowdrop's hands are illuminated in a green fairy fire as she softly chants, summoning natures essence.
Snowdrop's eyes glow brightly, fairy fire outlining her hands briefly as she chants.
Snowdrop subtlely moves her fingers, summoning forth natures energy.
Snowdrop summons the boom boom stick of doom, sending vines after your sorry ass.

Anticor raises his face to the sky and says "Why me super Dad?!", hugs himself, and runs around the room screaming.

I like that one> Snowdrop chants quietly, causing the air about her to stir.
here is a diff version and another:
Snowdrop chants quietly, causing the air about her to stir as her clothes swirl around her.
or...
Snowdrop chants quietly, causing the air around her to stir, her hair and clothes billowing. A light green glow appears in front of her for a brief moment before dissapating into the air.
Snowdrop quietly utters a single word causing the air to swirl around her for a brief moment, though her hair and clothes remain still. The air suddenly rushes outwards, the wind blowing by you before dropping away to nothing.
Snowdrop chants, her eyes wide and piercing, as she lifts a single hand surrounded by small spinning green lights.
yada yada. I tried :)

Snowdrop summons a giant white owl that attacks everyone.
Snowdrop chants quietly, causing the air about her to stir as her clothes swirl around her.
The GM's wouldn't allow this one because "what if she wasn't wearing any clothes?"
I'm not being serious, but I wouldn't be suprised if they said that.

Here's what I'd get. Seriously:
Tayre begins flapping his arms wildly while making loud, ear-piercing shrieks...
or
Tayre flings his arms above his head and emits a loud warbling noise...
And yes. I actually practiced these IRL before deciding on them.
Just some suggestions for you to work with.

Naw.. I think the picture of Tayre flailing his arms at the computer that is burned in my mind is funnier.
And when you warbled Tayre.. did it sound like a turkey?
