Perfect stats for a halfling rogue

30 days is almost up on this character, trying to figure out my stat placement.

What level do you want the "perfect" stats at? 50? 75? 100?

And what, if any, stats do you want tanked?

This is what I came up with using the spreadsheet. I assumed INF as tank stat as intuition has some uses for a rogue. It would need a little tweaking as that is too many stats over 70. Sucks a bit..since the easiest thing to drop would be the 3 from STR but....halfling and strength. I'm not sure I could drop that down. I'd probably lower the DIS but...wiki says it helps with hiding, experience pool, stun maneuvers, and societal abilities for combat resolution.
