He is the host of a cooking show on the Food Network titled "Good Eats". It explains the scientific reasons for cooking things. It's pretty entertaining if you enjoy cooking.

PB sure is fond of his pork butt. I'm just glad Alton was able to teach how you to properly prepare it.

What's not to like? I've tried smoking wild boar butt.. but it's far too lean and it comes out too dry.
