Issue Launching Lich

Below is a picture of the error I am getting. I installed Ruby 2.0 and the latest version of Lich. I pulled my old files over for my setting from my PC and put them on the new laptop. The laptop is a Macbook Pro running Windows 7 in bootcamp.

The problem seems to be when I launch the game, the screen cannot be brought up from the task bar. The character logs in, and make it into the game but I cannot bring the Stormfront window up to interact with it. This is how it acts for one account.

For the other account, it comes up but some scripts wont work (Uberspells window, for example)

What is the Lich directory missing that it cannot find? How do I get this working?

Well, it seems the problem is 100% Stormfront related,

The error message is referring to log files for the game.

The reason the other account wont come up is because stormfront cannot find storm.skn. I dont use custom skins, and the other account boots up just fine on the same computer.

So, unrelated to lich but if anyone knows whats up, I'd love to know. Did a full reinstall of Stormfront and everything as well
