How long does it usually take to get an item enchanted through a premium scroll?

It all depends on timing. It took me like literally an hour to get my armor enchanted to 8x the one night

The estimated average time for Sadie scroll work is 2 weeks, but that estimate is for alterations. Generally speaking, enchanting, L/D, and such are much much shorter time periods. If you mean from the time your item is taken to the time it is returned, it should be very quick. If that lasts longer than 30 minutes post to the premium folder on the officials about the "stuck scroll" and, if that doesn't get it fixed within 15-30 minutes, assist.

I meant just for them to respond to the original request. Hoping it's not two weeks for a simply enchant, but it is what it is I guess. Has only been four days or so, so I guess I'll just wait a little longer. Thanks for responses.

I got some padding done a week or two ago, I think it took a day or so. I wrote the scroll and heard back the next day (I had logged off and wasn't around). There was some math involved and I wasn't sure if I had the points to cover it, but she wrote me back right away and told me she could do the service for the points I had. I had my armor back soon after.

I've done 10 or so PP enchants over the years, and I don't think any of them has taken even 2 weeks. There was a little delay during the 4 winds isle festival this summer, but it was entirely reasonable. More importantly, the thing I would suggest is to understand what the cost should be before you submit it, and then compare what comes in with your calculation. Don't be afraid to send an email to the GM if you think there is an error in the calculation. A bit surprisingly, the quoted price has matched what is today on the wiki, probably less than 50% of the time. They will adjust pricing for you though, if you can illustrate where an error was made, and often those errors are just due to some querk with the item.
