Does anyone have a current list of items that can be bought in stores for imbedding? I'm particularly interested in the waveable ones I can load up with offensive spells.

Bloodsnake's guide was comprehensive in its time, but it is outdated now. Anyone have anything that is up to date, with the items, costs and capacities?

I'm looking for the most cost-effective blanks to imbed. Are any of them re-imbeddible, and if so, what is the cost?

Thanks!

Honestly, the most cost effective way to wavable imbeds is to hire a ranger to make a bunch of rods and wands. The higher level ranger, the better.

I have a dozen or so of those, but I haven't gotten anyone yet to reliably make them in quantity. I'm working on it. But thanks for the advice.

I make 80-mana rods at about 90% accuracy if I'm in an outside noded area. I had a horrible draw last night and only hit 78% rods, but I wasn't in an outside node.

I can give you some starter info -

In Ta'Illistim Achemy Supply:

a carved rosewood rod 2940 silver
a cracked glaes rod 1960
a petrified ash rod 2940
a slender willow rod 9800
a forked black willow rod 9800
a twisted light oak rod 9800
a knotty bloodwood wand 1470
a splintered thanot wand 2940
a mottled glass wand 1715
a rune-etched gold wand 4900
a tarnished silver wand 980
a spiraled haon wand 1470
an obsidian shard 4900

I have not purchased any except the shard which contains a spell similar to disintegrate, so I do not know the capacity of the blanks or which ones have spells.

The sorcerers guild has diamond rods in it that hold 80 mana. They are like 4 or 5k, can't remember.

This is the guild in Icemule, mind you.

I reccomend Murp or Arshwikk.
