Yup. Tried that. Been 3 days. I can't imagine they'd be absolutely slammed for 3 days straight.

I wouldn't be surprised if the phone system was connected to the crappy server.

That's the kicker! I'm trying to activate an old account but it says the name and e-mail associated with the account can't be found. Which makes me think the characters on it are fucking gone. So I wanted to see if that were the case.

Yes, try e-mailing her. She's always been fairly quick at returning my e-mails.

I had that happen to me before, with an account that had been inactive since 2002. I think it's a byproduct of their glitchy, out of date website. Your characters and account are almost certainly still around.

The person they sent to the server room the other day never returned!
