I was wondering if someone who has had success getting items unlocked past Tier1, how you got it done and/or what merchant did it for you?
Specifically, I have a gambling kit, 2 climate cloaks, and a mechanical locksmith bracer that have all been unlocked once. I am premium and therefore have access to Xerria, but for my items at least, Xerria will not unlock them any further. I know there was a fair amount of unlocking of climate cloaks during the last Spitfire, but the next one won't be for a while now. And I don't recall there being a lot of unlocking done at last years Ebon Gate.
So any help or advice or particular merchants to look for, especially as it relates to the 3 items that I have, would be much appreciated.
