Decided to part with the summoning ring. Once set to a person, it allows wearer to summon that person at will. Whether they are prone, stunned, in 100 sec rt, or even DEAD, it will still summon the person no matter what. Unlimited uses and no roundtime involved. Great for barrier hunting so you don't lose stuff or if you just want to transport a body to you.

an arcane summoning ring - The ring appears to be made of interleaved gold and brass. It is difficult to tell if the gold is real without damaging the ring itself. The pattern made by the two metals seems to have no purpose and almost appears to shift into new designs as you move it about in your hand.

How do you set it on someone? Do they have to wear it, or can you do it without their authorization?

I'm not sure about COL.. but I do know that it can teleport to places like that barrier, which is not possible for any other teleport item in the game.

There have been a few questions as to what the teleport script looks like. It looks the same as if you are being pulled up into a GM lounge.
