Play.net dead?

Can't get to play.net at all this morning, and trying to get into the game via Lich is giving me "A PROBLEM" messages. Anyone else having issues?

The Primary billing server has failed again. We are in the process of bringing up the backup billing server. If this doesn't work, we can pull the drives out of the primary and put them into the backup.

GemStone IV Bad News: We need to bring down the billing server again to move the drives from the primary server to the backup server. This will be a longer process. Probably another 30-ish minutes. (most of this time is actually arriving at the co-lo to pull the drives)
