I've mucked around with a Rogue that did some good ol' fashion TWC and had a blast. What could I expect if I rolled a Warrior? Would it be better to keep the rogue and just go the old fashion route of big weapons on a warrior?

Griiiiiiiifiiiiiiiiiith!
I imagine that berserking mstrike to be a huge amount of screen scroll

You want screen scroll? Get a splitting weapon with fire flares and go to town on a grimswarm troll camp.

A one handed weapon that splits into two identical copies. Which means if you bond to it both copies get the bond bonus + special attacks like double swing.
As far as warrior and TWC goes you can certainly expect cheaper training costs.

Something that would be really awesome and make sense for twc warriors and paladins that they only release like two of per year.

Twc is awesome as both classes. Warriors can get more MOC for a better Mstrike which is devastating with TWC. Both get dervish for double head shots but that is more consistent when ambushing and vanish makes it even better. Cheaper costs let warriors have alot of flexibility, though. I am fond of my 3x shield, TWC build with my splitter which lets me have good defense, cc and offense depending on the situation.

Not a warrior, but I did a warmage using TWC, with 1 sec swings and flares on each weapon. Lots of screen scroll, and pretty fun.

I have played both and enjoyed both. a LOT. Berserk makes it really good, even at lower levels. Hell, you can wear full plate even if you arent fully trained for it and berserk to a normal RT. If you are with a wizard to ewave swarms, even better. have at it. Or an empath to keep patching up those nicks and bruises as you hunt is perfect.

If a warrior/pally bonds to the main hand, can your off hand get disarmed?

Both hands can be disarmed. Bonding does not prevent disarming, but any bonded weapon will return to hand in a couple of seconds, assuming there's a free hand for it to return to.

I wouldn't discount a bard, if you're looking for a TWC character. Though a TWC warmage sounds crazy and challenging and really fun.

I read that Bards are incredibly tight, point-wise. So I'm not entirely interested.
