is Lich Broken?

My lich net has not been working since 8/22/15. The maps work, but I can't ;locate anyone and can't use the chat. It keeps giving me an error in Stormfront that it can't connect to the server. I am using Windows 7. I also am not able to go to lichproject.org either on my home or work computers, I get the message UNABLE TO CONNECT. Does anyone have an idea what is going on?

FYI, The wierd thingis I can open the lichproject.org site on my phone and a friend also says it's working for her. I am baffled.

Did you try downloading Lnet from the repo? That is odd about not being able to get to the website. Just checked and had no problem.

Yes. The repo is not working for me. ;repository download lnet does not work.

You're probably having a different problem, like maybe using Avast without making an exception in the firewall for Ruby.
