We had one for Mike. Making one for Chris.

Just had another great exchange and experience. For folks who have been with the company for over 14 or 15 years its pretty amazing they can still handle mundane things like credit card failures as if it was some new thing they have never run into before.

I've never had a problem with billing...ever. From my viewpoint, SIMU has always performed this function well.

^^ Two thumbs and two big toes up for Simu's billing. I've never had a problem with them, either.

Yeah....Chris has been a rockstar. Both times I've reactivated accounts and struggled remembering my security words, she was super helpful and patient in helping me out. Quality service.

About a year ago nobody answered my call and I had to leave a recording on their answering machine (lol). Whoever it was got the issue fixed within an hour.

I was busy at work today so I ended up not calling in like usual, and just emailed, and I was sort of bummed out because of that.

I had to deal with billing a couple times, and I agree that Chris was great each time. Kudos to them.

Chris in billing has been very helpful the few times I've had to call her. She even didn't seem to mind that my security question was "What does Whately snort?".

LMAO, I'd print that out and hang it up near my desk somewhere if I was her.
