Having seen people's screenshots of various things, some people have some pretty fantastic mods etc.

I had to rearrange mine yesterday so I didnt fuck up when I was in PvP (which I invariably do :() so was curious how other people have their games set out.

I know we had this before so lets try it again before HN hits the bottle....so post your game screenshots

This is mine for now while I keep on playing around with it. Course I have no idea what the circled item is and have to keep moving it til I discover what the heck it is.

I don't know wtf that is either, I'm pretty sure it's on the very edge of my window somewhere, out of site.

it looks like your trinket slots so if they have actions, you click on it to activate them

That circle thing is called "Toybar" or something like that..look for it in your addons screen and uncheck it.
