Disarming Presence Question

Hopefully someone with the smarts is here for the knowing. For Disarming Presence, does it utilize ranks in the CMAN Disarm Weapon or Warrior Guild Disarm to determine success?? Or both? Or it depends? Could anyone help shed some clarity on this subject?
