glowing black dye - glowing dye additive and alchemy or a larger vial of black dye

Looking for the items mentioned in the title.. if I get a back room vial of black dye it's 1 pour, so I'd like something bigger. It has to be "black" and work with the dye additive. More interested in the glowing dye additive than anything else.

I currently have 2 people who will make the dye additive for me for 500k. Anyone able/willing to do it for less?
