Looking closely at the mesille runestaff, you see that it will cost 2500000 coins.
It imparts a bonus of +15 more than usual.
It provides a bonus of 19 to Influence.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 76 times.
The runestaff looks to have a lot of charges remaining.
Spire will let you change that to INT or LOG. (Wyrom confirmed at Simucon that the Spire would come back, but didn't say when.)
