Issue with Uberbar

For about a week, I can not get uberbar GUI to load on one char. It loads fine on all others. I have deleted/reinstalled lich, re dl'd uberbar from the repository, logged in with and without lich running. Still can not get the damn thing to start.

nothing shows on SF. Any help?

Click on the Windows window and see if the eye is clicked to show it.
