CM Disarm

I want to replace CM Quickstrike (I don't use it much anymore) and an obvious choice is CM Disarm. Not because I want to go around disarming things (I would rather take anything I want off their corpse), but because I am tired of being disarmed myself while hunting OTF. Can anyone speak as to how much protection against being disarmed is provided by CM Disarm (assume level 5)?

I don't know specific numbers, but I dropped 5 ranks into disarm and 5 into cdef for defensive purposes and have never been disarmed in OTF. I know that each rank corresponds to 10 ranks in the guild, if that adds any clarity.
