How you might ask?

and then just run ;tv

It's still alpha stage, so if you happen to notice anything super odd please post here and let me know.

The problem is intermittent now and seems to only happen with channels that have a long log.

If I pull up Taernath's channel (who just started streaming) then there is no lag.

I'll see about tweaking the buffer down from 300 lines or whatever and adding an occlusion algorithm for the view (so even if you can access the lines they aren't all in the DOM at the same time). Appreciate the feedback.

Probably would also help to de-dupe all of the LNET logs and just have a dedicated LNET channel if people want to watch it in the browser.

I watched for a bit. It was interesting. Also watching the MA crew to learn some tricks/tips was awesome. I really enjoyed seeing creatures in the rift that I have never really hunted before to see tactics and abilities without taking the risk myself. It was far more enjoyable seeing it in real time. Not sure why, but reading other people's logs seems boring compared to the added aspect of voyeurism!

Yeah, that was one shitty thing with twitch/obs/xsplit.

You'd have to capture a screen region instead if you merely wanted to show text, this is a bit more streamlined for sure for those who could care less about how sloppy you look in sweats and just wanna read your text a bit easier :P

Yeah, it's the default WFE font that has everything properly line up when you do commands like XP...

Since I switch outs to Profanity I couldn't remember what the font was in WFE heh. I am sure once O fixes up a few things mentioned here he will look into getting some kind of suggestion box going. He has always been very responsive to his other script change requests.

I am evaluating moving this to a different provider, but I am swamped this week, as some of you may have noticed from my lack of presence.

Have no fear Gemstone TV will be back as soon as I can find a more reasonable affordable hosting solution that isn't so janky.
