If I downgrade from premium to standard, but have 5 characters on my account, but I don't want to maintain the extra character slots other than 1, do I just go in to "Cancel Subscriptions" and cancel the characters I don't want to use? That doesn't actually delete the character, right?

Also, let's say I'm maintaining a basic subscription with 1 character, but I want to deactivate the one I'm playing and reactivate another that was on my account, is there any extra charge to have billing do that?

It doesn't delete the characters, and there is no extra charge to 'switch' between characters on accounts with limited slots. I believe I read somewhere Simu doesn't want you to make a habit of that, though.

That is the way you can do it. Or you can just email billing with the list. It does not delete any characters.

There was no charge last time I deactivated and re-activated a character. This was taken care of by emailing billing also.

Yeah, I figured it'd be easier just to e-mail Chris to get that done. Thanks for the help guys.
