I can't find a list anywhere of how bashing interacts with traps.

I know jaws are safe, but I was curious about scales traps in particular. Since the box has to be unlocked to disarm them, are scales traps unbashable? Can you bash around scales traps?

You are correct you can't bash a box with a scales trap and because of the way they work you've already opened the box before you've disarmed the trap.

Other traps that are safe to bash are acid vials and needles. Blue and green scarabs can be safe as long as you've got a way to cure the poison or disease they inflict. I suppose you could also bash blood or onyx as well if you've got a way to have remove curse cast on you. If you pick up a box with a glyph trap you can attempt to bash or pick it, get yourself rifted, drop it on the ground, then bash it open.
