If you have more training points than you should, due to a common bug, and you re-order your stats while migrating your skills, your skills will most likely be severely fucked up. (you will instantly lose ranks in some skills to make up for the lack of TPs)
You can assist, and the GMs will tell you that it's not a bug, but an undocumented feature. You can get a referral, and then the GM will tell you it's a bug, but he can't help you.
With some tinkering I managed to get mine back to looking somewhat like it should, however, I'm still migrating :(
